Erika LaChance
I've spent twenty years helping people turn what's in their head into something real and out in the world. The first half of that was inside big companies — Starbucks, XM Radio, 7-Eleven, Sprint — where I learned how messaging gets built, and just as often, how it gets watered down on the way to the client.
These days I work with founders, creatives, and small teams who are building something of their own.
What I do sits at the intersection of branding, writing, PR, and digital strategy — which sounds like a lot, but in practice it's pretty simple: I help you get clear on what you're actually trying to make, build the things that support it, and put it into the world in a way that still sounds like you when it gets there.
My background is part journalism, part marketing, part tech, so I can map the strategy and write the words. But honestly, the part I love most happens before any of that — sitting with someone while they figure out what they're really after, and helping them trust it enough to go build it.
